With a generous 1.0 liter capacity, the heavy-gauge stainless steel is compatible with gas and electric ranges, as well as induction cooking surfaces. The “swan neck” design allows for maximum pour velocity control (it will drip or pour, depending on your tilt angle, with minimal siphon-action velocity that creates unwanted force), while the narrow spout gives you precise directional control.

The carved wood handle and lid-topper are removable for dishwashing.
